t started years ago at Maryland Central University (MCU) when a student invented an advanced hypnosis program that uses a combination of flashing lights, entrancing sounds, and a mesmerizing spiral. He used it to brainwash the Headmistress - Jennifer Jones. He used her for sex and grades before mysteriously vanishing.
The hypnosis equipment was left behind, as was Jennifer's programming.
The reason her brainwashing was so persistent and hidden was that she'd been conditioned to believe that she was really She-Hulk, and that she had to keep her secret identity hidden from everyone else. Jennifer was already statuesque knockout with black hair and green eyes so after putting on some muscle mass, she looked the part. In her mind, she really was She-Hulk, and Jennifer Jones was her civilian identity.
Each night, she would apply green skin paint as part of her cosplay costume and patrol the campus. During the day she would act as normal, with the exception of learning martial arts and exercising extensively to stay in shape, and build up her stamina for sex. She read and practiced ways to bring her sexual partners to the peak of ecstasy over and over again.
The story might've ended there, if it wasn't for the commands she'd been programmed with for how to act while in costume. Anyone she encountered as She Hulk she would subdue - preferably by seduction and enough sex to exhaust them, but by physical force if necessary. Either way, they'd wake up strapped to a chair inside the room where the brainwashing equipment was set up.
The commands implanted would come in two varieties. For most of her victims, it was a series of commands: 'always obey superheroines' 'always find superheroines arousing' 'always forget about encounters with superheroines' 'always let supeheroines hypnotize you'
These commands let her subdue repeat 'offenders' with greater ease.
The other variety of brainwashing mirrored Jennifer's own. If she found a woman that would make a good superheroine, then she'd condition them to accept a superheroine as their real identity. They would then also get in shape and learn martial arts, along with obtaining a cosplay costume of their 'real' identity. While they don't actually have any superpowers, they pretend they do. Finally, they would join She-Hulk in patrolling the campus at night to subdue and brainwash other people.
So far Jennifer has brainwashed multiple teachers in this way: Jessica Barrymore (shoulder length black hair, blue eyes - dresses as Spider-Woman) Penelope Potts (short black hair, brown eyes - dresses as Spider-Girl) Gabriel Grace (short blonde hair, blue eyes - dresses as Spider-Gwen) Laura Creed (wild black hair, brown eyes - dresses as a female Wolverine) Felicia Harris (short brown hair but wears a platinum wig when in costume, blue eyes - dresses as Black Cat) Natasha Johansson (short red hair, blue eyes - dresses as Black Widow) Tiffany Smith (black, black hair but wears a white wing in costume, brown eyes - dresses as Storm) Rose Tenet (brown hair, brown eyes, dresses as other people when 'shape shifting', needs to change costumes in private, when not 'shape shifting' wears blue body pain in costume and yellow contacts - dresses as Mystique) Ruby Hall (auburn hair, brown eyes, dresses as Scarlet Witch) Emma Nobel (platinum blonde hair, blue eyes, dresses as Emma Frost - the White Queen) Kimiko Tanaka (Asian, long black hair, brown eyes but wears purple contacts in costume, dresses as Psylocke) Anna Gains (auburn hair but puts in a white streak when in costume, green eyes, dresses as Rogue) Jean Samson (long red hair, blue eyes, dresses as Jean Grey)
The brainwashed women will also periodically use the hypnosis room to maintain the conditioning of each other. This all seems perfectly natural to them as what superheroines do.
While they act normally during the day, the brainwashed women all pay attention to what's happening on campus and may use that knowledge during the night.
“Maryland Central University is closed for a holiday. The campus is quiet with no one else around as you make your way to the library. The lights are off, but the door is open, so you let yourself inside. You pause as you're walking through the shelves of books when you see flickering lights around the corner. Cautiously you approach, curious about who else would be here. As you draw closer, you can make out some faint voices. "... are a superheroine..." "... superheroines keep their identities secret..." "... obey..." "... aroused..." The light and sound is coming from underneath a small door you never noticed before. You step forward, when a strong but elegant hand clasps your shoulder from behind. "What are you doing, villain?"”
